In New York, digital video ad and analytics tech firm Innovid has appointed Anthony Callini as CFO, effective today, replacing Tanya Andreev-Kaspin who will 'pursue other opportunities' after a six month transition period. The firm also reported unaudited Q3 revenue of c. $36m, beating forecasts.
Innovid's platform is used for personalization and measurement of TV viewing across linear, CTV and digital. Last year it launched the integrated, unified cross-platform solution InnovidXP, building on its acquisition of measurement and attribution specialist TVSquared; and three months ago it unveiled a cookieless cross-device consumer behavior mapping solution called Innovid Key.
Callini brings more than twenty years of financial experience at growth-oriented private and public technology companies, most recently from serving as CFO at audio software technology company iZotope, and previously from the same toler at public branding and design technology company Monotype. Earlier he was SCP of Finance at media tech firm Avid Technologies, and served in various financial roles at software and services company Open Solutions, Inc.; at Ernst & Young and at Arthur Andersen.
Zvika Netter, the firm's co-founder and CEO, says Callini's 'extensive financial expertise with public technology companies will be a tremendous asset to our company as we continue to scale our business, improve our operating efficiency, and drive towards expanding margins'.
Andreev-Kaspin comments: 'After an incredible eleven-year-long journey of turning a small start-up into a successful public company listed at NYSE, it is the right time for me to step down as the CFO. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside such a collaborative and talented team. I thank Zvika for his leadership and for supporting my career growth'. Netter thanked Andreev-Kaspin for eleven years of partnership and service, adding: 'Tanya was a key pillar in our success to date and continues to be one through this transition. I look forward to following Tanya's path forward and will always see her as a part of Team Innovid'.
He adds: 'We are encouraged by our early positive results and remain focused on profitable growth and execution to deliver on our long-term financial targets'.
