UK-based coding software provider codeit has launched a tool called themeit, which automatically extracts themes, autocodes verbatim data and applies sentiment analysis using generative AI.codeit was developed in 2017, promises to code verbatims in 'minutes instead of hours', and boasts a rich user interface allowing humans to 'collaborate with the AI', monitoring its initial outputs and adjusting / refining to optimize the results.
The new themeit is seamlessly integrated into the codeit platform and automatically applies sentiment analysis to each verbatim to assign a sentiment score from 1 to 5 to each theme detected.
CEO and co-founder Tim Brandwood (pictured) says 'We are delighted to announce this exciting addition to the codeit product. It provides a huge productivity boost and allows us to deliver even more automation than ever before, without losing the power of human oversight and the value that people can bring to the process'.
