Newcastle, UK-based research consultancy differentology has appointed Stuart Tagg as Head of Clients.The company offers bespoke research on consumer motivation, then helps clients apply these 'human truths' to concepts, journeys, products and positioning before adopting a co-creation approach to spark ideas. In 2021 it was bought by its management team.
Tagg (pictured) brings more than 25 years of experience working in the research industry, and joins after five years as Senior Client Officer at Ipsos. For the previous five he was Group Client Director, New Industry Verticals at Nielsen, after an earlier spell at Ipsos as Global Account Director. Earlier he worked at StrategyOne, Synovate and for seven years at advertising services firm Bespoke Communications where he was Head of MR and Intelligence. His sector experience includes financial services, travel & tourism, media & tech, telco and beverages.
