Singapore-based decision science firm Blackbox has partnered with Qualtrics to launch SensingSG, a platform giving real-time insights into community sentiments, attitudes and behaviour in Singapore.Blackbox delivers data collection, advanced analytics and content creation services across the Asia-Pacific region and elsewhere, monitoring emerging trends both regionally and globally to help clients anticipate them and make decisions accordingly.
The new platform offers rapid insights via a straightforward interface and is pitched at policymakers, academics, businesses and the public - 'anyone interested in what matters to Singapore'.
CEO David Black (pictured) comments: 'Having been a researcher for more than twenty years in Singapore, I have tried to ensure that Blackbox is at the forefront of measuring the pulse of Singaporeans across all areas of life - leisure, work, and government. More and more, our clients require data in real time to help them make the necessary up to the minute decisions in a fast-paced world. As a researcher, I have long advocated a preference for immediacy and synthesis - information that's both relevant right now and delivered in a digestible manner. This is what has led to SensingSG'.
