Vilnius, Lithuania-based consumer data platform provider Syno International has promoted Mantas Stirbys to serve as its Chief Operating Officer.
The firm employs around 50, with eleven offices worldwide, including in Sweden, Norway, Poland and Singapore. Its platform features a range of products for collecting, managing and visualizing consumer data, including survey tools, panel and rewards management, research automation, audience measurement, a data lake, and fieldwork management capabilities. Clients range from global brands to media companies, MR agencies and academic institutions.
Stirbys (pictured) has more than ten years' experience in the MR sector and for the past three has worked at Syno as a Senior Clients Operations Manager. Prior to this he spent three and a half years as a Research Project Manager at Havas Group in Lithuania, after spells at confectionery firm Mars Walkers, research group Norstat and the country's Ministry of Finance.
