New Zealand-based customer insights platform Ideally has appointed Simon Gawn to lead Australian operations, reflecting its 'ambitious growth strategy'.
Ideally was launched in August through a partnership between innovation studio Previously Unavailable and TRA Labs, the ventures arm of Australian insights firm TRA, as a platform promising 'fast, affordable and accessible customer insights to help bring great ideas to life'.
Gawn (pictured) will target rapid growth in Australia, where 30% of the start-up's clients are already based, according to co-founder and CEO James Donald who sees 'huge growth opportunities' in the larger economy. Gawn was previously Managing Director of brand agency Denomination, and before that worked in senior roles at McCann, Ogilvy and Dentsu.
