In Manchester, UK, customer experience tech news and insights provider CX Today has announced the acquisition of community and content platform MyCustomer, for an undisclosed sum.Bristol-based MyCustomer focuses on CX and customer relationship management, providing resources, insights and networking opportunities to its members, and until now was owned by Sift Media's Publishing Group. CX Today is a division of B2B tech publishing group Today Digital, and offers news, insights and community engagement solutions for customer experience professionals. The company says it plans over the coming months to integrate MyCustomer's editorial team, content and community, creating 'a comprehensive resource for professionals in the CX and CRM sectors'.
