Customer and employee experience solutions provider Medallia has appointed Nick Martin as SVP International.
Medallia's Experience Cloud captures data across in-person, digital and contact center interactions along with social media, transactional and operational data, allowing for sharing and collaboration across the enterprise in real time. The company was sold in 2021 to software investment firm Thoma Bravo, also the owner of J.D. Power and UserTesting/UserZoom.
Martin will be based in London and will lead Medallia's commercial organisation across EMEA and APAC: this includes expanding its customer base, growing business with existing customers and building up its partner network. He joins from AWS (Amazon Web Services), where he was Head of Enterprise Industries, and before this worked as Head of Retail, CPG and Travel Industries at Google Cloud.
