Insights tech and panel provider Toluna has promoted Scott Axcell, formerly Head of Marketing for North America, to Chief Marketing Officer. He also joins the executive leadership team.
Axcell is based in Denver, Colorado and joined the company in October 2022 on the acquisition of US-based 'agile market research' and analytics solutions company GutCheck, where he also headed up marketing. He has more than 25 years of experience, including brand marketing roles at Nestlé and Heinz in London; a senior global branding & communications role at LeapFrog in San Francisco; and latterly executive marketing leadership positions helping to scale B2B businesses in the InsuranceTech, big data and events industries.
His new role includes responsibility for the strategy, execution, and overall success of Toluna's global marketing efforts, overseeing product marketing, brand, creative, growth marketing and marketing operations.
