Mavrck Brand Dropped by Merged Social Media Firms

Nearly two years after US-based Mavrck bought fellow social media marketing company Later, the two companies have united under the acquired firm's brand name.
Influencer marketing platform Mavrck acquired social media marketing and commerce platform in April 2022, aided by a $135m investment from equity investor Summit Partners. With a new logo and mission and billing itself as 'the world's first Social Revenue Platform', the combined firm has three flagship products:
- Later Social: a social media scheduling and management tool;
- Later Influence: an enterprise-level influencer marketing solution; and
- Later Link in Bio: a fully customizable link in bio tool that helps drive traffic and revenue from Instagram & TikTok.
All the combined firm's employees will continue to operate remotely and from hub cities in Boston, MA, Toronto, ON, and Vancouver, BC.
