Brand measurement company On Device Research has appointed Allan Breiland in the new role of Research Director ANZ, tasked with expanding and tailoring its brand measurement solutions across the region.
Founded in 2009 by former M:Metrics execs Alistair Hill and Tim Cleminson, London-based On Device uses advanced technical capabilities and profiled global panels to measure and enhance advertising effectiveness. It announced in spring of last year that it was expanding to Australia.
Breiland (pictured) brings more than twenty years of research experience, from firms including Millward Brown and, most recently, Kantar Media, where he was Senior Director of Media, providing marketing effectiveness expertise to a range of clients. In his new role he will work closely alongside ANZ Commercial Director Mark Griffiths, focusing on further integrating key solutions across the Australian market. These include Digital Brand Lift, OOH Brand Lift and the company's latest offering Cross Media Brand Lift, which offers a single source approach to defining multi-channel campaign effectiveness.
CEO Hill says Breiland's expertise will help Australian clients put an end to inefficient advertising investment and enhance the effectiveness of their campaigns. He comments: 'Allan is an extremely talented researcher and it's great to have him join us at such a vital stage in the company's growth into Australia'.
