Senior Hires and Promotions for OpinionRoute

MR operations company OpinionRoute has announced three senior appointments: Kayla Cousineau has been promoted to COO, Mary Herzak hired as SVP, Growth, and Richard Ratcliff promoted to the new role of Chief Trust Officer.

Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, and Cork, Ireland, OpinionRoute offers a proprietary technology called the NavigatOR, which streamlines operations and improves data quality for survey researchers, as well as driving its own survey sampling and data collection services.

Cousineau, who joined the company in June 2022 and is based in Cleveland, assumes company-wide responsibility for Operations, including product, services and people. Herzak joins from healthcare analytics company Merative (formerly IBM Watson Health), and will lead the OpinionRoute's sales organization

Ratcliff previously served as Chief Product Officer, and his new role underlines the company's commitment to 'security, quality and the ethics behind today's technology usage in survey research'.
