Northern European mystery shopping and customer service improvement specialist Dive has acquired Danish mystery shopping firm Shoptimizer.
Dive has representative offices in eight countries in the region - the Nordics, Baltics and Poland, and is itself part of STATCO, a group of companies operating in the data and research businesses and also including RAIT and Intra. In the past six years it has acquired the mystery shopping arm of Lithuanian company DOOR Training, Danish firm Servicemind, Norwegian agency Ukjent Kunde, Finland's Palvelu Plus, Sweden-based Nordic Mystery Shopping, Poland's MRtec, and another Swedish company Custitude.
Established for around twenty years, Shoptimizer focuses on analyzing and optimizing the 'moment of truth' using methods including mystery shopping, exit interviews and store checks to enhance customer experience and foster brand loyalty. The acquisition is effective immediately and will be managed by Dive's Danish division, Servicemind, which will shortly become Dive Shoptimizer.
'Shoptimizer's impressive legacy in Denmark aligns seamlessly with our commitment to delivering great value to our clients', comments Dive CEO Kerli Soosaar (pictured top). Mathias Bak Jørgensen (pictured below), Manager for Dive's Danish branch Servicemind, says the buy 'marks a significant milestone in our journey'. He adds: 'It strengthens Dive's capabilities, positioning us to provide even more comprehensive and tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. This step not only strengthens our global presence but also positions us as a leader in the local Danish market'.
