North of England-based, employee-owned research consultancy DJS Research has announced eleven promotions across its Research and Operations teams, including Kieran Hart to Senior Research Manager, and Claire Williams, Olivia Holt and Lucy Holland to RM.
DJS conducts consumer and b2b research, qual and quant within a variety of sectors in the UK and overseas. The firm, which announced on its 20th birthday that it had become employee-owned, has offices in Stockport and Leeds, and a network of remote-working staff.
Hart (pictured below right) joined the company as an SRE in April 2022 with a PhD in Economics, having worked earlier in quant pharmaceutical research. Research Director Simon Driver comments: 'Kieran is dedicated to the job and is always willing to go the extra mile to deliver for clients and support junior colleagues. He is continually looking for ways to improve the way we do things at DJS Research and we are lucky to have him in our team'.
Williams (pictured top left) joined DJS Research in 2010 as a Senior Fieldwork Executive, while Holt (top right) graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2021 with an MSc in Psychological Sciences, while Holland (below left) has a degree in Psychology and worked for a kids and family market research agency before joining DJS in 2022.
In addition, Francesca Wood and Emily Ward have been promoted to Senior Research Executive, while in Operations Mat Davis and Liam Bradley become Senior Data Executives and Molly Davies Research Executive for Field and Data Services.
The company operates a JRE training programme, and two associates who have recently completed it are now established as Research Executives: Psychology graduate Jasmine Palin, and Abi Atkinson who started her career with DJS Research in the data support team and joined the JRE programme in early 2023.
