Southeast Asia-based qual and quant marketing intelligence and panels provider Divergent Insights has appointed Swagata Moitra Ghosh to its Leadership Team as VP Global Research and Insights.
Divergent has offices in India, Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia, as well as partners in South Korea, China, and the UAE, and consultants based across the US, Latin America, Europe and APAC. Its services include online panels and panel management, automotive clinics, business and secondary research, social media analysis, and virtual reality consumer experience measures.
Moitra Ghosh (pictured) brings twenty years' experience as a freelance qual researcher-moderator, including traditional methods such as focus groups and depth interviews, ethnography, and newer approaches including social media and other digital research. A consumer behaviour specialist, her expertise lies in designing and executing end-to-end customised research solutions.
