Mumbai, India-based digital tech and customer experience solutions provider Datamatics has announced the acquisition of Salesforce services firm Dextara Digital.
Datamatics offers products for intelligent document processing, robotic process automation, AI/ML models, smart workflows, Business Intelligence and automatic fare collection. The Company has locations across four continents with significant delivery centres in the USA, India and the Philippines.
Dextara provides tailor-made Salesforce solutions for customers across various industries, as well as pre-built products including Dextara CPQ, DXHealth+ and, DXTemplates, available on the Salesforce AppExchange.
