In New York, media measurement and optimization platform Integral Ad Science (IAS) has earned MRC accreditation for its sophisticated invalid traffic (SIVT) filtration for the Connected TV (CTV) environment.Founded in 2009, IAS promises to 'make every impression count', ensuring that ads are viewable by real people, in safe and suitable environments, and helping clients to optimize their targeting. The firm earned a CTV first in spring last year when it was accredited for video viewable impressions. The latest award adds filtration of these impressions for SIVT (Sophisticated InValid Traffic).
Chief Compliance Officer Kevin Alvero says the latest accreditation 'marks the firm's continued commitment to transparency and quality in the CTV space and further demonstrates its position as a leader in providing accredited products and services to clients'. He adds: 'As marketers allocate increased spend towards CTV and OTT to reach audiences, it is increasingly important to ensure these environments are protected from fraud'.
