San Francisco-based digital analytics platform Amplitude is looking for a new CFO after Christopher Harms left the company last week.
Amplitude provides visibility into the entire customer journey for product, data and marketing teams, helping companies to capture data about customer behavior, including understanding how people are using their products. Its product experiment platform Amplitude Experiment helps clients simplify A/B testing and run concurrent experiments without exposing users to more than one testing scenario at a time. The firm's CEO is co-founder Spenser Skates (pictured).
Harms joined in February 2023 after seven years as CFO of Silicon Valley-based security company Forescout Technologies, and earlier worked at tech and telecom giants IBM, HP and BT. The firm says the parting is 'not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company's accounting principles or practices or financial statements and disclosures' - and that it has initiated a search for Harms' replacement.
