Dynata has appointed former Forsta employee Henry Dack in the new role of SVP, Sales & Customer Experience in the UK.
Dynata specialises in first-party data for insights, activation and measurement, and is currently commencing a 36-month transformation and recovery plan with the support of its major investors after entering Chapter 11 in the US bankruptcy court earlier this month.
Dack worked for a dozen years at Forsta and its predecessor company Confirmit, in senior account management and new business development roles. Most recently, as VP of Customer Success and Account Management, he developed and rolled out global customer success initiatives. Earlier he spent eight years in sales and account management roles at Vodafone.
In his new role, leading a team of more than fifty people, he is responsible for developing and executing Dynata's go-to-market strategy in the UK, focusing on its core customer base of MR agencies.
