Canada's Torfac Appoints HR Manager

Toronto-based analytics and MR solutions provider Torfac has appointed Aayushi Rastogi as HR Manager.

Originally known as WiseWorks, Torfac provides an end-to-end MR services platform including tools for survey programming, data processing and analytics, as well as B2B and B2C panels. In the last year it has brought in London-based MR veteran Izzy Nurdin as Director of Client Development, Europe; Eric Harring as Senior Director of Client Development, US, based in Texas; and Srinivas K M as Director of Client Development, based in Bangalore, India.

Rastogi (pictured) joins from India-based Precision Pyramid, where she was HR Leader, and before that was HR Manager at farm supply chain company AGROWAVE and HR Executive at S&R Exports.

The firm says Rastogi brings 'a wealth of experience in human resources and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture'.
