New Zealand-based customer insights platform Ideally has recruited Henry Cole, a former Global Digital Marketing Manager for Giorgio Armani, as Customer Success Manager.
Ideally was launched nine months ago by partners Previously Unavailable - an innovation studio - and TRA Labs, the ventures arm of Australian insights firm TRA. The platform promises 'fast, affordable and accessible customer insights to help bring great ideas to life'.
Cole joins from clothing retailer FARFETCH, where he worked for three years as Partner Success Manager, leading operations strategy and implementation for global marketplace partners. Earlier he worked for nearly four years for fashion house Armani, in a role which involved ongoing analysis of tech and media industry developments to inform strategy, and before that he was a Strategist at Art+Vibes, also in Italy, and worked as a Financial Analyst at banking corp Westpac, in New Zealand.
