Purchase transaction insights and data firm Behaviorally has appointed Caroline Thorneycroft as Customer Success and Marketing Manager, based in its London office.
Behaviorally offers insights and tech-enabled products focused around consumer behavior in the final moments along the path-to-purchase, and operates 'the world's largest' database of behavioral consumer pack design metrics. Recent company highlights include launching a packaging insights platform called GLADYS, in January, and partnering with Alibaba in April to offer its pack testing products on the China-based eCommerce giant's TMIC platform (Tmall Innovation Center).
Thorneycroft (pictured) brings fifteen years' experience, most recently from MeteoGroup, where she was Head of Group Marketing and a member of the management team. Earlier she worked as Head of Marketing at the British Polish Chamber of Commerce, Campaign Manager at Post Office Ltd, and Exhibitions Director at James Hyman Fine Art.
In her new role she will focus on championing customer and client satisfaction and supporting key marketing and communications initiatives.
