Social media brand lift metrics firm ThisThat has appointed Jess Percival as Strategic Insight Director and Gayathri Nagarajan as Business Development Director, while moving Ella Taylor to AD of Client Strategy. Since the start of the year, the firm says its team has grown from ten people to 24.
The London-based company describes its mission as 'to make marketing more enjoyable', and promises to help advertisers to answer 'three simple questions': what happened, why did it happen, and what to do next to grow ROI. In March, it secured an unspecified amount of funding from four founders of unicorn companies, in addition to other funds and angel investors.
Percival (pictured top) brings ten years' experience in advertising measurement and insights from firms including Channel 4, Dentsu, and Twitter where she led the fashion, retail and automotive verticals. In her new role she will lead the global delivery team, focusing on standards and client experience.
Nagarajan (pictured centre), a former ThisThat client, has worked in influencer marketing, consumer insights and social media measurement for more than a decade, at companies including Tubular Labs and Traackr. She joins from Unilever where as Global Consumer Insights Lead she specialised in influencer marketing, PR and social media measurement.
Taylor (pictured below) transitions from the Delivery side of the business, and in her new role will help to nurture and develop high-value client relationships.
