Truth Launches Insight and AI-Driven PR Solution

Truth Consulting and its parent group Instinctif Partners have launched an AI-powered insights offering called Truth Intelligence, which it says will 'transform' the world of public relations and corporate communications.

Mike Norris and Matilda AnderssonTruth was founded in 2007 as an insight agency blending elements of management consultancy, boutique strategy and creative studio, and is now part of EMEA communications consultancy Instinctif. Truth Intelligence taps the expertise of both - Truth's research and analytics capabilities and Instinctif's strategic communications expertise - to meet what the firms say is a growing demand for data-driven strategies among in-house communications professionals and business leaders.

At the core of the new offer is a tech stack analysing information from millions of global data sources, including open-source datasets from governments, NGOs, central banks and trade associations; and unstructured data from social media, news web sites, blogs and online forums. As a result the new solution boasts a comprehensive understanding of cultural context, audiences, competitors, prevailing market trends, and the media landscape.

Instinctif AD Mike Norris (pictured left) will lead Truth Intelligence as Head of the new venture, while Truth MD Dr. Matilda Andersson (pictured right) will play a pivotal role as senior counsel and product development advisor. Andersson describes the partnership as 'a major step forward in using audience insights to shape PR and communications', and explains: 'Truth Intelligence turns large amounts of data into clear insights, helping communications teams create campaigns that truly connect with their audiences. This initiative highlights the importance of research in developing effective communication strategies and achieving commercial advantage for Instinctif's clients'.
