Futurum Brings In Strategy and Research Chief

In Austin, Texas, tech consulting and research firm The Futurum Group has hired Tiffani Bova as Chief Strategy and Research Officer.

Futurum's research and advisory services are grouped around twelve major technology sectors. The past two years have seen rapid growth for the Group, partly through the acquisitions of B2B research, media and advisory business Dash Network, a specialist in CX; B2B insight and marketing company Visible Impact; San Francisco-based media company the Business Podcast Network; and tech community publisher and data firm Techstrong Group. Its research data and analytics arm, Futurum Intelligence, has added new customizable dashboards and seen a high number of subscriptions, the firm says.

Bova (pictured) brings some thirty years of experience to the company. The author of two Wall Street Journal bestsellers, GrowthIQ and The Experience Mindset, she is a former Gartner Distinguished Analyst and Research Fellow and has worked for top tech companies as an advisor on indirect channel strategy, go-to-market and sales transformation. She joins from Salesforce where she was SVP, Global Growth Evangelist. In her new role she will run Futurum's research and strategy organization, while working closely with its leadership team to develop and scale its data and intelligence platform, and insights offer. She will also lead efforts within the technology and telecom channels.
