Former Hansa and Market Xcel researcher Pooja Agroyee has launched a new full service agency called Crack d'CODE Consumer Insights, aiming to help clients decode consumer decision making and experiences.
Crack d'Code (pronounced 'Crack Decode') will offer services including qual and quant research, digital communities, UX research, data analytics and outsourcing solutions, aiming to 'infuse a breath of fresh ideas and foster innovation'.
Founder Agroyee (pictured) has twenty years international business experience, most recently from a dozen years in the International Business Division of India-based Hansa Research Group, rising from Associate Manager to AVP and managing Key Global Accounts while developing the division's major EU clientele. During this time she moved from working in New Delhi to Baden-Württemberg, Germany, where she remains based.
Earlier she spent four years in the International Client Servicing team at Market Xcel, managing projects from start to finish and becoming a key account manager for selected global clients. Between 2005 and 2008 she worked for two BPO / KPO firms: as a Programmer at Annik Technology Services and then a Senior Analyst at WNS Global Services.
