Five Senior Appointments for Brandwatch

Social media intelligence firm Brandwatch has promoted Channing Ferrer to Global President, and made four senior hires: Matt Tippets as CPTO, Henry Spitzer as SVP Americas Sales, Beth Brown as SVP Global Agency and Business Solutions and Jordan Gorosh as Enterprise Sales Leader.

Channing FerrerBrighton, UK-based Brandwatch is part of Cision, whose services include consumer and media intelligence, engagement and communication solutions for PR, marketing and social media professionals. Brandwatch grew rapidly under the leadership of Giles Palmer - more recently Cint CEO - and acquired rival firms Crimson Hexagon and BuzzSumo before its sale to Cision in 2021 for $450m.

Ferrer (pictured) brings experience in building and scaling go-to-market strategies for SaaS companies, and in his newly expanded role will lead overall global business strategy and growth. Prior to joining Brandwatch he held leadership positions at Semrush, HubSpot and Acquia.

Tippets previously held senior roles at Drift, Total Expert and Salesforce (CRM), and brings extensive experience in product innovation and scaling cloud-based software solutions to his new role as Chief Product and Technology Officer. Spitzer previously held leadership roles at CarGurus (CARG) and Lusha, while Brown drove innovation at media firms EssenceMediacom, Media Futures Group and R/GA.

Gorosh's experience from companies including Sprinklr, Google and Yelp includes building and leading high-performance go-to-market teams.
