Human8 Hires New US MD

Global insights group Human8 has appointed former Walmart, Kantar and GfK researcher Niels Neudecker as its new MD for the US.

Human8 was known as InSites Consulting until a rebrand early in 2023, and employs insight communities as a core part of its offering. The current firm, which employs some 700 people across 22 offices, is the result of nine acquisitions in the last six years: Direction First, Columinate, eÿeka, Join the Dots, ABN Impact, Answer, Space Doctors, Gongos and Happy Thinking People.

Neudecker brings more than fifteen years' experience, most recently from Walmart, where in eighteen months as a Director of Product he developed new B2B and B2C solutions. Prior to this he spent more than eight years at Kantar in Senior Director, VP and SVP roles, helping to launch B2B solutions used in more than 30 global markets. In his new role he will focus on building on the existing strengths of the US team to sharpen client offerings and drive differentiation, as well as 'accelerating efforts to integrate AI with human insights'.
