Research and experience measurement tech company Forsta has announced enhanced and expanded AI capabilities within its Human Experience (HX) platform, building on its 5-year, $500m AI investment program. The platform combines CX, Employee Experience and market research to help clients understand the experiences of their audiences. The wider group of which the company is part, PG Forsta, adds Patient Experience into the equation - Forsta was acquired by healthcare experience solutions specialist Press Ganey in 2022.
Forsta says the latest additions tap advances in genAI to address key challenges from uncovering trends in massive datasets to predicting customer satisfaction and employee engagement outcomes. Forsta AI has three core capabilities: AI Summarize, which can quickly distill large volumes of structured and unstructured data into actionable themes and insights, and give access to the results via a conversational interface; AI Compose, which streamlines content creation with AI-powered tools for drafting survey questions, reports, and responses - and can probe for more detail at appropriate points in interviews; and AI Recommend, which generates intelligent recommendations and suggestions for action based on feedback.
CEO Kyle Ferguson (pictured) says the suite 'empowers businesses to accelerate the time to insight, anticipate customer needs, deliver personalized experiences, and drive meaningful outcomes'.
