Former in 2007 and with offices in each of the three cities, Nature offers a range of methods for segmentation, brand and communication, pricing, conjoint and customer value studies, and is a certified B Corp.
The firm says the appointments follow strong growth across eastern Australia, particularly in the qualitative offering, led by Christine O'Keefe.
Larwood joins as Senior Consultant in the Qualitative practice, with a background including working for the Department of Transport and Main Roads, and earlier work as a Strategist at The Lab.
Delecour joins as Senior Associate Director, from Edentify where she was a Research Project Director; while Boubouras joins as an AD, from MetrixLab where she served as Associate Client Director.
Spargo rejoins after a sabbatical as Director and Head of Operations, while Holohan takes the title of Consultant, having worked earlier as a Senior Market Insights Executive at Opinions in Ireland.
Conningham will now lead the evolution of Nature's AI capabilities across the firm, including its proprietary platform Aurora.
'These strategic hires reinforce the momentum we're experiencing' says founder and Managing Partner Chris Crook, 'and highlight how we are continuing to build a team that delivers world-class strategic insights for our clients. Our growing qualitative practice and AI capability are just two examples of how we're strengthening our capabilities and driving meaningful growth'.
