In Summit, New Jersey, applied behavioral science specialist BEESY has announced three new hires: Allison Huynh as Research Manager, Alexei Acacio as Senior Behavioral Science Associate and Victoria Quan as Operations Associate.Founded in 2018 in 2018 by former Ipsos Marketing US chief Elys Roberts, BEESY helps clients in biopharma / healthcare markets to understand consumer decision-making.
Huynh (pictured above) brings experience using neuroscience and behavioral psychology to understand more about consumer behavior and decision-making. Most recently she worked for three and a half years at GLG, focusing on qual research for the biopharmaceutical and medical device sectors; before that she spent a year as a Researcher and Project Co-ordinator at marketing decision support firm Neurons, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Neuroscience, a certificate in Pre-Health Professions, and a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin.
Acacio (pictured middle) is one of a number of Master's graduates in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania who have joined BEESY. Prior to this degree he earned a BA in Psychology from Johns Hopkins. His most recent work was as a Technical Specialist in Social and Behavioral Science at Democracy International, working on the implementation of behavior change programs around the world.
Quan (pictured below) joins the company's Field Management team with a Bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia, with a focus on linguistics, communications and psychology. In addition to four years at Restaurant Brands International, she worked on consumer and healthcare studies at CRC Research, and later helped build EFL educational programs in South Korea and Spain.
