End-to-end engagement and retention platform CleverTap has acquired rehook.ai, which helps clients automate and track promotions, including coupons, discounts, loyalty programs and referral initiatives.CleverTap's platform, powered by a purpose-built customer engagement database called TesseractDB, promises to 'help brands unlock limitless customer lifetime value'. In September, it launched a solution called Product Experiences, using advanced segmentation techniques to help clients 'effortlessly experiment' and improve web site and app customer experience. The company is headquartered in San Francisco, with offices across eleven countries in Latin America, Asia and Europe.
rehook.ai's real-time promotional data will be available to help customers make timely offers based on user behavior and context, and CleverTap says the buy underlines its commitment to evolving beyond pure engagement tools to create 'a complete customer retention ecosystem that unites data, insights and incentives within one powerful framework.'
