Behaviorally Strengthens Customer Success Team

Shopper insights firm Behaviorally has announced three senior appointments to its Customer Success team: Nehna Rauf in Chicago as VP of Customer Success; Craig Waldie with the same title in London; and Jack Lane as Director of Customer Success, also in London.

Nehna Rauf, Craig Waldie and Jack LaneRauf (pictured above) brings more than fifteen years of global experience in customer engagement and strategic consulting, most recently from GlobalData Plc where she was Director of the Global Consulting Practice. Earlier she worked in senior roles at Advantage Group International, Technomic Inc. and Euromonitor International.

Waldie (pictured centre) brings more than a decade of experience in insight-led consulting roles across the UK market. He joins from Escalent, where he was a Director leading senior client relationships, and delivering complex quant, qual and AI-driven research programs. He has also worked in leadership roles at Streetbees, Kantar and GfK.

Lane (pictured below) joins from Savanta where he spent six years, latterly as an AD, partnering with media and FMCG clients to deepen understanding of consumer behavior and decision-making. Earlier he spent two years working as a Consultant for a training and coaching firm.
