In the UK, The Oxford Research Agency (TORA) has launched a qual operation called Mimosa, which it says will address clients' needs for joined-up qual/quant thinking in the FMCG, retail and shopper insight, customer satisfaction and OTC sectors.The new agency will be led by Managing Director Cheryl-Anne Jenkinson, formerly MD of Bernstein Research and Evolution Studios. She joins TORA with more than 20 years' qual research experience across a number of sectors.
TORA Chairman Laurence Curtis comments: 'Together, Mimosa and TORA provide clients with a complete in-house innovative research solution, with sector expertise and research excellence centre stage. I believe that the time is right for Mimosa to challenge the industry and showcase its excellent team of insightful qual researchers.'
TORA conducts ad hoc and tracking work covering FMCG, transport, education, local government and retail research. The firm was bought-out by Directors Andrew Tharme and Chris Sinclair last year.
