Ipsos Public Affairs has opened a new research center to provide market research and insight into the lives of Hispanic citizens living in the US.The Public Affairs division specializes in reputation and risk management, public sector research, international trends, and public opinion polling research. The Hispanic Research Center will provide the full spectrum of clients in public, private and not-for-profit organizations with options to conduct surveys among Hispanics and help with publicising the results. The center will analyze the awareness, knowledge and impression of a client's reputation, products or services; while defining consumer behaviors and trends among the target demographic.
'With approximately 45 million Hispanics in the US, Ipsos Public Affairs has recognized the importance of being able to reach out to this important market,' says Cynthia Pelayo, Senior Research Manager, Ipsos Omnibus Services. 'This resource will provide our clients with a wealth of information and research solutions to help them to better understand this key demographic segment, and reflect its diversity.'
In the past year, Ipsos Public Affairs has launched two new omnibus services - the Ipsos US Hispanic Telephone Express and the Ipsos US Hispanic Online Express, which the firm says have 'dramatically increased surveying capabilities'.
