Synovate has expanded its Retail Performance shopper counting and analytics business across Europe, the Americas and Asia; and appointed a 'Business Development champion' for each of these three regions.
Craig Bradley becomes VP in the US; Rob Huijboom, European Business Development Director based in Amsterdam with specific focus on Sweden, The Netherlands, Denmark, and Germany; and Cristiane Ross, Asia Pacific Business Development Manager based in Hong Kong with specific attention to China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Korea.
Synovate Retail Performance is a division of Synovate Customer Experience, providing scientific footfall monitoring and behavioural analysis systems providing KPIs for retailers via more than 1.1 billion visits to over 6,500 retail premises, in more than 20 markets across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific.
Synovate's core customer traffic measurement and analysis solution Shopper Count is part of an integrated retail customer experience measurement offering which also includes Mystery shopping and voice of the customer programmes (Synovate ViewsCast). The extension means the group now offers three complimentary services on a global basis.
CEO Bruce Wells says current tough conditions are driving clients beyond the need for mere counting of customers: 'We've recognised that clients are not getting the full value from counting solutions and have responded by expanding our model and services to where our clients need us to be. These new appointments in the US, Europe and Asia are a commitment to growing the business and offering our clients an integrated full service solution.'
