Ugam Expands in Mumbai

Market research outsourcing firm Ugam Solutions has expanded its Indian base with the opening of a new facility in Thane, Mumbai.

Ugam offers a range of 'marketing decision support services' including market research operations and online marketing solutions. Additionally, the firm, which employs more than 900 professionals in India, the US and the UK, offers online and telephone data collection, data cleaning and tabulation, advanced analytics, and project management services to MR.

Its new facility is spread over 17000 square feet and has a seating capacity for 315 people.

'Many of our employees reside in the central suburbs of Mumbai and spend a lot of time travelling to/from work,' explained CEO Sunil Mirani. 'Keeping our growth and employee convenience in mind, along with the benefits of Thane as a location, we decided to establish our new facility here.'
