In the first quarter of 2010, Maritz Research has created more than 50 new jobs at its European and Asian offices, including around 20 in Hamburg.Maritz Research, which was founded in 1973, examines the attitudes and behaviours of customers, business partners and employees across a wide range of industries such as automotive, financial services, tourism, IT/telecoms and pharmaceuticals.
Despite a 2009 revenue drop to £7.62m from £9.05m in 2008, the firm is forecasting 50% growth in UK revenue this year, and an 80% increase across Europe.
Since the firm launched phase one of its new customer satisfaction methodology last autumn, increased orders for customer satisfaction research and customer experience measurement have led to the requirement for additional staff.
