Global teleservices and BPO (business processing outsourcing) specialist iPacesetters has acquired the assets of US-based contact center The Charlton Group, which primarily supports the cable industry. Terms were not disclosed.Arizona-based iPacesetters was formed when BPO firm American Pacesetters acquired Indian BPO company IQ Resource last year. Among its offerings, the company provides market research, telesales and a number of other outsourced services to a variety of clients.
Charlton is a Madison, Wisconsin-based inbound/outbound contact center with offices in Monroe, White Water and Eau Clare, WI.
