Caroline Osborne has been appointed Director of GfK NOP Consumer Products & Retail, with a particular remit to enhance the company's shopper insight, customer satisfaction, segmentation and U&A offers.
Most recently Senior Insight Consultant at Morrisons Supermarkets, she brings strong client-side credentials including spells in customer insight positions at Sainsbury's and Superdrug. Immediately before Morrisons she worked agency side as an Account Director at RI Instore.
Pam Armstrong, MD of the division, says Osborne is 'an excellent fit for GfK's wider retail strategy' and adds: 'Her wealth of industry experience in the retail markets combined with her Shopper Insight credentials will be of enormous benefit to our clients and puts us in a strong position to continue growing this side of our business.'
