Dutch market research agency SKIM is planning to open a new focus group facility in Rotterdam called Triggerpoint.SKIM is headquartered in Rotterdam, with additional offices in New York, Geneva, and London. Its new facility is based next to Rotterdam Central Station, and comprises two focus group/interview rooms, two viewing rooms equipped with panoramic one-way mirrors, and two lounge rooms with flat screen TVs.
The rooms are also fitted with DVD recording and online video streaming equipment.
'Triggerpoint will become the source of innovation and creative market research solutions,' states Marcel Slavenburg, SKIM's Director of Fieldwork & Healthcare. 'In addition to qualitative market research, we would like to welcome everyone who wants to apply new techniques and develop innovative tools.'
Triggerpoint will officially open on 1 September 2010.
