US-based online research agency Infosurv has promoted Carl Fusco to the post of Managing Director, responsible for P&L, managing all company operations and leading growth. The firm has also promoted Kyle Burnam, and hired John Barrett and Chet Bertolli.
Atlanta-based Infosurv, which was founded in 1998, offers B2B and B2C market research as well as employee surveys.
Fusco, who joined the firm last year, has more than 25 years' marketing research experience. He was previously Business Director & Insights Consulting Partner at consultancy Brandscapes Worldwide, and before this served as VP New Products Research at Turner Broadcasting, where he set up a research group to support the development of new products and services and provide consumer information.
Earlier in his career, he held senior agency and clientside roles at CMI, M/A/R/C, GTE Wireless, BellSouth Cellular, Cox Cable Communications and Elrick and Lavidge. He also lectured at State University College of NY at Oneonta.
Fusco will also take the duties of chief methodologist, providing consultation on research design and analysis for more complex projects.
Burnham, who joined the firm in 2005, has been promoted to the position of Director of Marketing and New Product Development, overseeing communications, search engine optimization and event planning, while leading the firm's new product development efforts.
Barrett joins Infosurv as Vice President of Sales, to lead the firm's overall business development strategy. He has more than 30 years' sales and market research experience gained at IRI, Spectra Marketing, Nielsen, Market Force Information and Symphony Marketing Solutions.
Bertolli takes up the role of Senior Project Manager, to provide project support for a number of clients. He also has 30 years' marketing research experience, having previously worked clientside for Turner Broadcasting and with The Home Depot, and agencyside with Marketing Analysts, Elrick and Lavidge, and Sorkin-Enenstein.
