Research and business intelligence firm Majestic MRSS (MMRSS) has opened a qualitative research centre in Singapore, and appointed Fatima Binti Abdul Hakim as its Facilities Manager.Facilities at the new operation include Focus Vision video-streaming technology, a one-way mirror which the firm says is large enough to host 'Super Focus Groups', and a dedicated usability lab equipped with eye tracking and other software.
Head of Operations, Syed Mohammed Yousuf says the new facility has been fitted out in 'record time'. Majestic has been expanding rapidly of late and already has a presence in India, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Vietnam and UAE, plus recently opened full service offices in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The company is in the process of recruiting country heads for each of its locations, which are currently staffed by senior researchers.
