US-based voice-of-customer (VOC) technology firm OpinionLab has launched a solution to enable companies to capture and analyze consumers' social media conversations.OpinionLab' patented methodology collects, interprets, and reports unsolicited, open-ended customer feedback in real-time.
Its new [+] Social Media Monitor solution - which is built on a proprietary warehouse containing more than nine billion social media mentions, blog entries, tweets, posts and conversations - has been developed to provide a view of consumer conversations.
With global coverage and support for 22 languages, the service offers tools for analysis, reporting, real-time alerts, and automated sentiment scoring in sixteen languages.
Currently, more than 35 million results are gathered each day, and additional contextual data is also collected with each post; ranging from the date of publication to the physical location of the content creator.
