In the US, Cheskin Added Value has appointed Added Value France Chief Exec Jonathan Hall as EVP, Managing Director, while announcing that CEO and co-founder Darrel Rhea is leaving to 'pursue his passion for organizational consulting'.
The firm, which became part of WPP's brand development business Added Value in 2007, helps clients identify new markets, develop new products and services, and enhance brand experience.
Hall - who currently heads Added Value's Paris office - will take on his new role in March, and will lead the Added Value NA Brand Strategy and Innovation practice.
Prior to joining in 2005 as Global Client MD, he spent twenty years career working on innovation and brand strategy development for private, public and third sector organizations across the world.
Rhea, who is leaving the firm in January, has spent more than 30 years helping clients build internal design, research and user experience departments, during which time he has participated in and led scores of innovation initiatives.
A spokesperson told DRNO that Rhea will set up his own consulting practice, focused on organizational transformation, which will include training and coaching executives in design leadership skills.
'We look forward to our relationship evolving as Darrel begins his new endeavor, and we're extremely fortunate that Jonathan will bring his extraordinary intellect, creativity and business savvy to our group,' states Added Value NA CEO Maggie Taylor.
