UK-based web site visitor tracking specialist Prospectvision has opened an office in the US, near Grand Rapids, Michigan.The firm's WVT solution, together with its 'Behavioral Inference Engine', analyzes web visitors' behavior and profiles them to create a list of sales leads.
CEO Andy Krafft says that as the firm already has a number of US customers using the WVT solution, he believes that now is the right time to target the North American market.
'This move comes on the back of rapid sales growth in the UK and Europe,' states VP Global Sales, Andrew Wise. 'The key to gaining their trust is the credibility of our advice and the new office will provide us with the opportunity to serve the US market properly.'
