Web-based market research specialist DigitalMR has launched a syndicated banking report based on thousands of customers' online conversations posted on social media platforms including Twitter and Facebook, blogs and e-commerce sites.Headquartered in both London, UK and Nicosia, Cyprus, DigitalMR was launched in August by former MASMI MD, Michalis Michael.
Michael says the new report offers an analysis of share-of-voice, banking features and services, and top performing brands. Additionally, customer comments are classified by sentiment for a wide range of banking services such as customer care, credit cards, mortgages, employees, fees and charges, loans and online banking.
Findings from the last 4 months show that UK banks are rated more positively than their US counterparts, with a Net Sentiment Score of 23% compared with just 6% for the US.
The report is available on annual subscription with updates provided on a quarterly, monthly or weekly basis.
