US-based full service agency The Dieringer Research Group (DRG) has opened a new 4,000+ square foot 'Focus Center' in its headquarters in the Milwaukee suburbs.Family-owned Brookfield, WI-based DRG, which was launched in 1974, provides qual and quant marketing research and consulting services across a wide range of industries including healthcare, financial services, government and manufacturing. Last August, the firm acquired the customer base of neighbouring field research firm Lein/Spiegelhoff, which closed after 38 years in business.
DRG's new facility offers two focus group suites, plus a smaller suite designed for in-depth interviews. Each has an observation room with one-way mirror, digital recordings are provided via DVD or USB flash drive, and the firm will also offer online viewing capabilities for clients to view groups remotely.
DRG also provides clients with a full toolkit of services for qual studies, including discussion guide consultation and development, recruiting, moderating, transcribing and analysis/reporting services.
