Canadian-based research software firm Voxco has opened a new office in the UK, where it has appointed Richard Owen as Managing Director.
Voxco develops applications for collecting and processing data across multiple channels such as online, telephone and face-to-face, for use in market research and social surveys.
In addition to Canada and the UK, the firm has a presence in the US, France, Germany, and Australia.
Owen joins with a ten-year background working in sales and training for the software industry in Europe and the US, mainly in the market research sector.
Since 2004, he has worked at web-based intellectual property specialist CPA Global, latterly as Global Solutions Architect, and previously as Global Education Manager. Before this, he worked as a Product Specialist at MR software firm Conversoft for nearly four years.
'Richard's expertise will allow us to highlight our opinion poll and survey solutions, consolidate Voxco's position, and extend our activities in Europe,' states Voxco CEO, Raymond Cyr.
