GfK Custom Research North America has appointed former Harris Interactive consultant Howard Lax as Vice President of its Customer Loyalty subsidiary.Lax joins with around 25 years' industry experience. For the past five years, he served as Senior Consultant in the customer loyalty practice at Harris Interactive, and also led the financial services practice.
Before this, he was VP for Opinion Research Corporation's Customer Strategies Group, also focusing on customer loyalty. During his career, Lax has also held leadership roles at Freddie Mac, Claritas and Trans Data Corporation.
